On Wednesday, 17th December, the GIN-TONIC COST Action invites you to our latest Working Group 4 (WG4) session, where we will dive deep into the physiological effects of novel dietary additives.
During the session, Christina Adamaki-Sotiraki (Stored-Product and Edible Insects Lab-UTH, University of Thessaly) will present the outcomes of her Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM) which was conducted at the Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and hosted by Gianluca Tettamanti and Daniele Bruno.
